A person who sits in front of a computer for long periods of time on a daily basis often encounter a variety of uncomfortable symptoms: headaches, neck strain, backaches but, the most prevalent symptoms of prolonged computer use are eye strain, blurred vision and dry eye and these are often overlooked.
